Many people believe they are carrying a difficult decision.

When Understanding Falls Behind
Reality rarely changes all at once. More often, it changes quietly.
A relationship becomes something different from the one we believed we were in.
A business no longer resembles the one we built.
A role that once felt meaningful begins to feel unfamiliar.
Health changes. Priorities shift. Children grow. Parents age. What once made sense gradually stops making sense.
None of this necessarily happens on a single day.
It accumulates.
Then, often without recognising exactly when it happened, we realise that the understanding we have been relying upon no longer describes the reality before us.
