About the Host
Craig Anthony is an Australian private adviser, business owner and author of When the Decision Becomes the Risk.

For more than three decades, his work has placed him alongside founders, owners and leaders through the realities of building businesses, carrying responsibility, navigating change and making decisions whose consequences matter.
​
His work today is shaped by a recurring observation: important decisions rarely become difficult because we lack intelligence, experience or advice. More often, reality has changed and our understanding has not yet caught up.

Conversations That Matter grew from that observation—and from the value Craig has found throughout his own life and work in bringing interesting people together around ideas worth exploring.
