If your book arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If you change your mind, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery provided the book is returned in unused, resaleable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
